How it works

Learn the words you actually need

Lessons teach you someone else's sentences. HaiBella builds your vocabulary from your own conversations.

  1. Pick a topic

Choose a real-life scenario like ordering at a café, or make up your own topic.

  2. Just talk

Speak or type as much as you can in your new language. Fill gaps with your own language.

  3. Get corrected

See the natural way to say it, with translations and pronunciation for every message.

  4. Keep the words

Every new word is saved automatically and comes back in flashcards and quick reviews.

Questions

Is HaiBella good for beginners?

Yes. Set your level (beginner to advanced) in Settings, and when you don't know a word, just say it in your own language. HaiBella translates it, shows the correct sentence, and saves the new word for you.

Can I speak out loud, or do I have to type?

Both. Talk with the microphone or type. Every reply can be read aloud with a male or female voice, at the speed you choose.

How is this different from lesson apps like Duolingo?

Lesson apps teach set phrases in a fixed order. HaiBella is conversation practice: you talk about whatever you want, and your vocabulary list is built from the words you actually needed. Many people use it once they've outgrown lessons and want to practice real conversations.

Which languages can I practice?
